Since I'm sorta crazy, I've decided to push off all my other projects and undertake a new, and huge, army.

I'm talking of course about the Genestealer Cults. I've ordered a pretty good sized starter army.

This is 2 sets of DW Overkill, an extra set of HQ's, 2 sets of Neophytes, an Iconward, and a Goliath. It's not everything, but it's a good start. I've still got 3 Acolyte kits, an Armored Claw kit, another Goliath, 2 boxes of Genestealers, and a single Acolyte incoming. I'm going to be a busy man. So my goal with this blog is to provide ongoing motivation to make myself get this army done, and to a halfway decent standard. So, as a small start, I've put together one of the HQ sets, the Iconward, and half of a Goliath Rockgrinder.

Tomorrow, finishing the Rockgrinder, then time to dive into the Overkill sets. Will have much more time, so it'll be a bigger update than the opener here.

Hey, your not crazy, I put aside all my unpainted/ unbuilt armies to start a thousand sons(albeit, I chose them because I only had bland coloured armies and I need something vibrant for the inner circle event at GW) and just started Magnus the red, him being my second model back into the hobby(after a 7 year break)
