Hi
Just a question about the helcult.

Human Shields: If the Helbrute is partially obscured from the firer’s line of sight by models from one or more
of this Formation’s units of Chaos Cultists, it receives a 3+ cover save. However, for each successful cover save
the controlling player makes as a result of this special rule, the nearest intervening Cultist model is removed as a
casualty with no saves allowed.

If you give the cultist unit poxwalker hive (5+ fnp) And th e helbrute gets shot at and the nearest intervening Cultist model is removed as a
casualty with no saves allowed. Does he get a fnp roll. In my 6ed rulebook (im getting the new one) it says fnp isnt a saving throw.

Correct, FNP is not a save.

But, remember anything that is shooting the Helbrute from the front or side will be at least ST6, which will negate the FNP as that is double or more than the Toughness of the Cultists.

Thank you for clearing that fnp rule for me.

But when the helbrute saves the shot with the cover save, it doesnt say the wound is directed to a cultist instead. It just says "the cultist is removed as a casualty with no saves allowed." Im not sure if matters what kind of wound the helbrute would have taken.

It doesnt matter the hit the Helbrute took, you remove a casualty. FNP has no effect on this rule because the cultist does not take a wound. He is merely sacrificed for the cover save.
