Subject: Daemons Immune to Perils?

Someone told me this once.. what's the deal?
I'm running a very psyker heavy Nurgle army, but couldn't find anything regarding these rules in my codex. Can someone explain what benefits Daemons get with psykics?

Daemons don't suffer perils when using malefic Daemonology except when they roll double 6's. Everyone else suffers perils on any roll of doubles when using those powers.
They also just generally have access to way more psykers and warp charges than any other army so they can dominate the psychic phase. Oh, and summoning is pretty good.

You or that person is probably just misinterpreting that Daemons don't suffer perils on any doubles when casting malefic powers

I'm 90% sure they still perils on a double 6, unlike all others who peril on any double

What does the +3Ld do when it comes to psykics?

Several of the Perils results ask for leadership tests.

Psychic powers use to use a Ld test to cast. Now? Mostly nothing. Maybe it will help if you peril. Perils don't come up more than 1 or 2 times a game, if that, generally.

These are my opinions. This is how I feel. Others may feel differently. This needs to be stated for some reason.

Unless you're playing Tzeentch Daemons, where your 1000pt army still has 20 warp charges, and a full army has 35-50 warp charges. You're going to throw some perils there, and anything to help mitigate that is welcome.
