13 KP. 4 warp charges. Cents in Pod, coteaz hides in scouts (didn't have points for snipers/missile but they don't do much anyway so doesn't really matter)

All obsec. Death star runs around punching and splits if needed for late game ob sec goodness.

Ignores cover will reck that scout squad. I say you drop a couple of the storm shields and go for some fists. Also im not a huge fan of having guns on my close combat command squad:
1. whatever you shoot at with that many grav guns should die thus you cant charge
2. it can be better spent else were. I think you need more troops even if they a tax i think recycling troops is really good.

I appreciate the advice. Only recycle on a 5+ which is a bummer.

Also unit have to go back into standard reserves so well back on unless I use scions who can deepstrike.

Where do you put coteaz then?! He's hard to hide!

What about scout bikes instead, to help guide your DS Scions down? I've been toying with that myself.

For coteaz, you could always buy a fast attack transport of your taste and drop the scout squad. Im thinking chimera or rhino. You leave him inside and you will be fine. Or you can get a blob squad to protect your wyverns and put coteaz inside. And if any1 tries to DS to get to your wyverns you can roast them with interceptor.

Not bad ideas but I need a 4th troop still (mandatory to the detachment) so dropping the scouts doesn't help much unless I replace them and add something else for coteaz.

Just put Cortez with the grav cents in the pod. His special ability is useless in a scout Bolter squad and It doesn't matter if he dies he did his job with obj secured and seize inititive. He provides the grav cents decent psychic power buffs and helps with any units that arrive from reserves near them.

And if he can't fit in the pod You don't necesssrily need the descalles holy circle the deepstrike prevention won't really be that helpful on a mobile bike squad and you can use the points to beef up the scout squad.

He can't go in the pad cause he can't start in a transport of a different faction.

Either Star or don't. You have 850ish points in 1 unit. Drop coteaz, you only have 6 units that are going to get obsec out of him, you'd be better off shaving points for 2 more libbys and building a conclave. And let's be real, Celestine is going to be the only thing alive in that squad at the end of the game.

I played a similar list against tricked out eldar list and a cabal star and got tabled twice because the star is much more fragile than you think it is.
