Okay, two thoughts going.

Use Vanguard minis and slap a marine pack on the back, and bolter in hand, poof Tiger Marine complete with tiger pelt and tiger faces on knees, shoulders, and helmets. (kinda Custodes looking)

OR

Use generic marines and use Vanguard heads and pelts, plus other fur and cat like bits out there


Color scheme is black, tiger furs, and where there's tiger faces/heads paint like actual tigers...
