Looking for a fun (vs LGS and buddies) Ork list to play and been messing around with the Dread Mob list. I wanted so bad to make it work but never could really find that sweet spot (not sure I have due to no AA, but hey its supposed to be a fun list full of orky-ness).
Typically go against Tau, BA, Eldar, DE, SW and Tyranids

So here we go -

Shove all the Big Meks (and Buzzgob of course) into the Stompa and blast the snot out of anyone with 2x SAG shots, Deff Kannons, Lifta Droppa, Gaze of Mork and Supa Rokkits with some Mek Tools.
Run the Deff Dreads for Objectives and Killa Kans for more accurate dakka
Gretchin run block for a turn (or half a turn)
Everything else shoots or smashes face

I play dreadmob myself and this looks good and fun to me.

I'd caution against using the killa kans though, I feel they just don't go the mileage. I believe Lootas will serve you much better and be also able to attack flyers with some decent consistency.

I bring 30 lootas in my dread mob.

Yeah Lootas are pretty solid.

I can squeeze 15 Lootas in there if I take out the Kans and move some wargear around, thanks for the feedback!

You are missing your compulsary unit of spanna boyz in your dread mob..
remember lootas can take a looted wagon as dedicated transport in dreadmob.or get some free mek rolls for the stompa
