Hey guys, so the idea is that the destroyer Lord goes with the wraiths screening the spyder and flank while the overlord in his barge push up with the arks together as an av13 wall. The other units are flexible. Any critique?

If you're going for competitive you do not want a Catacomb Command Barge. They are bad. Just stick with a regular Overlord. You also want more Tomb Blades. They are great for capturing objectives. I wouldn't put the Destroyer Lord with the Wraiths because he slows them down. The Wraiths move 12" and the Destroyer Lord can only move 6". If you give the Destroyer Lord a Veil of Darkness, he can be added to some Immortals with Gauss Blasters to jump around the table, rapid fire and charge something. You should also drop the Nightmare Shroud and give him a Phase Shifter.

What squad should I put the overlord in then?

And so with the barge gotten rid of I put the points into tomb blades?

I like the barge in this list it's not terrible at all just make sure to send it against targets that have a low chance of killing it. Chariots are decent I'd give the overlord the nightmare shroud so you can soak up all missile launchers aimed at the barge.

The destroyer lord with gauntlet of conflagration is a nasty surprise. Either that or veil of darkness. Both destroyer lord and overlord should take a warscythe too I find that the void reaper is unnecessary.

I like that new list looks solid. Nothing wrong with having the destroyer lord together with destroyers as rearguard protection.

While they arent as fast as wraiths remember you arent necessarily slow either with jump shoot jump tactics.

Having used a lot of ccb I can attest to its strength opposed to an overlord on its own. Canoptek harvest and destroyer cult are amazing, reclimation legion are super fun cause it gives everything mtc, tomb blades with mtc is super strong. Maybe get nemezor for the leader of the rec legion as an alternative if ccb is not your thing. Overall great list, keep it up!
