Few things I would suggest.

First Pask, the vanquisher is dedicated anti tank while the executionerror is mainly anti heavy infantry. Pask can issue the order to split fire but that could fall. Leaving one of those tanks wasting shots on something they aren't good at killing.

Second in general you have a ton of infantry killing but not much tank busting I would give both vet squads 3x meltas and ride to glory.

And the wyvrens should have a heavy bolter on the hull. You can not snap fire a template weapon, so you will only use the flamer if you are already assaulted, in which case its dead so why bother. Also it should be behind your lines so if they need a flamer again it's to late.

Aside from those small changes its mostly solid, give or a shot see how it fits you

I introduced some adjustments, mainly strengthened the capability to kill tanks. I added Vendetta. Leman' Russ with battle-cannons but don't have sponsons.
Unfortunately, I removed the part of the support weapon. Psyker have firts lvl (I do not know whether it is sufficient to support the infantry blob). I got rid of the priest. Veterans still have flame-throwers and plasma gun.

Vendettas have always served me well. Its a tank popper so probably best to use it that way with a transport of six models it best to set it hunting. It will also help to draw attention away from other aspects of your army

Drop the carapace on HQ, wasted points since you're going super infantry heavy.

I'd also drop the vets and pay the tax for a CBG ESC. The perks are worth it if going infantry pure.

It's also debatable to drop the LR for conscripts. I guess it really depends on what you're playing against. If $$$ and time is the issue, the tanks work (IMO conscripts suck to build and paint).

Check out Mordian Glory's YouTube channel for tactica.

Definitely I do not go in the same foot. It would make the game and the same gathering army extremely boring. I would like to make this work somehow army but still I'll mainly collected and painted models.
No "conscripts" in the Vostroyan army.

I hear ya. I SHOULD have done a Vostroyan Army, I think the models look great. They even match Scions, so I would have ran Scions as vets or as an allied attachment (another recommendation).

But I would have loved to put Valhallans as conscripts.

If you're going to stick to the fluff, you'll find it difficult to play the army. Conscripts are realistically the only thing that can make them versatile. Otherwise, you have to cater your list to what you're playing against. And that becomes very hard finding that balance.

At the end of the day, the guard is all about how many troops you can throw at the enemy.

What you have up there is solid enough to play it. It might not be the perfect net list synergy, but there is nothing that is "bad" from this point you're mainly going to get advice that's personal preference or "hey this is the current tourney net list"

I say play it and see what you like about it.then ask targeted questions

I would keep the heavy weapons consistent within one blob. I tend to take all heavy bolters so i don't get carried away wasting boatloads of lasguns on armor. Or you pick lascanons/ autocanons and use the splitfire order.
I also dislike flamers on vets because that BS4 is what i pay for plus the chimera carries a HF anyways. Would rather take a GL and pick regular grunts for close up barbecue

I still think that, instead of the guard does not collect adepta sororitas. Thanks for the advice!

I would gladly do so. Unfortunately, GW does not sell such figures separately. One GL is bundled with the commander, banner and medic. I'll have to copy it ...

If you're going to stick to the fluff, you'll find it difficult to play the army.

But pure Vostroya I will still make fun. It is not to win but to still enjoy the game itself. Besides a lot of paint to Bolt Action ... because I want to have exotic figurines instead of copies of soldiers from First World War or the Second World War. I want figures were rare and original.
