So, I want to make a Necron list that is well rounded (able to shoot, get objectives, line breaker, survive etc). I have made a list that I think is okay but feel free to give your opinion!
Fast Attack - 3 Tomb Blades, Nebuloscooe, Shield Vanes, Gauss Blaster TWL x3 (198pts, 66pts for each unit)
Auxiliary (302pts)
Canoptek Harvest
3 C Scarabs (60pts)
C Spyder, Gloom Prism, TWL Particle Beamer (70pts)
4 C Wraiths, Whip coils (172pts)
AD (494pts)
HQ - Cryptek, The Veil of Darkness, Mindshackle Scarabs, Phase Shifter, Staff of Light (125pts)
Troop - 7 Immortal, Gauss Blaster (119pts)
Fast Attack - 5 Destroyers + 1 Heavy Destroyer (250pts)
Total points = 1494/1500
Main Idea for the Decurion is to have my Overlord inbetween both 10 warriors to utilise the re-rolling 1 for reanimation.
Immortals would be used to hold an objective or to add support fire to which ever model needed it.
Tomb Blades are to get objectives and get line breaker for that extra point (maybe 3pts depending on the cards you pull hence the 3 units of 3). I would also use them to destroy wounded units.
Spyder is the have a 5+ for witchrolls incase against psykers and to cause some damage, scarabs are to take objectives while being created everyturn by the Spyder. Wraiths are being used for Melee only and to hold up any enemy CC.
For the AD. I would put the Cryptek with the 7 Immortals for 3+ save and 4+ Reanimation due to the Cryptek. Mainly to deep strike if i lose the above Immortals.
5 destroyers and H destroyer are to destroy any vechiles with that are in the way of my necrons and to jump out of the way once done there mission.
Again feel free to disect mt list and tell me all the problem you see. I want a well rounded list so any help is appricated. Cheers

Pretty sure this is unbound. 1. Allied detachments can't be your primary detachment, which makes your primary detachment the Decurion and 2. Allied detachments can't be the same faction as your primary detachment.
So I could run an ally detachment but it can't be necron because my main detachment (Decurion) is necron and has a HQ. So, ill either have to go unbound, have a CAD with my Decurion or just run a Decurion.
To be honest, I just want to field Destroyers in my list and thought that an AD would have left me. But if there is restrictions Ill have to rethink my whole list.
Automatically Appended Next Post: So I got rid of the AD as it is illegal and instead made a full Decurion.
Decurion (1495pts)
Core (658pts)
HQ - Overlord, Phase Shifter, Staff of Light, Gauntlet of Fire,(115pts)
Troops - 5 Immortals, Gauss Blaster (85pts)
10 Warriors x2 (260 pts, 130 for each unit)
Fast Attack - 3 Tomb Blades, Nebuloscooe, Shield Vanes, Gauss Blaster TWL x3 (198pts, 66pts for each unit)
Auxiliary (837pts)
Canoptek Harvest
3 C Scarabs (60pts)
C Spyder, Gloom Prism, TWL Particle Beamer (70pts)
4 C Wraiths, Whip coils (172pts)
Destroyer Cult
D.Lord, Phase Shifter, Voidreaper (165pts)
3 Destroyer x2 (240pts, 120 per unit)
2 Destroyers, 1 H Destroyer (130pts)
Total points = 1495/1500

Spyder is the have a 5+ for witchrolls incase against psykers and to cause some damage, scarabs are to take objectives while being created everyturn by the Spyder. Wraiths are being used for Melee only and to hold up any enemy CC.
Destroyer Lord will either join the immortals above to protect them and give them Prefered Enemy while get objectives or to join a unit of destroyers and protect them while they destroy anything with high armour.
Destroyers I would filed the unit with the H Destroyer as normal and then Deep Strike the other 2 units of Destroyers because they are Jetpack so DS sounds solid with units that are quite tough.

I'm one of those Necron players who has never been much of a fan of the Canoptek Harvest unless they are supported by other assault options or at least some quick mobility units (otherwise they are charging up the field all by themselves). This tactic also forces you to drag your Spyder out of the rest of your army just to keep the RP rules active and that makes it a priority target. Once that things gone, those Wraiths will go squish.
If I could suggest anything it would be to consider the play style of your army and try to stick to that "fluff". You appear to want a gun line from your list. This means you are likely prioritising kill points over Maelstrom and need to be careful of assault. In which case, I would suggest considering dropping that Canoptek Harvest (I know, heresy!) and going for a Judicator Battalion instead:
* The Triarch Stalker will mean anyone in range is hitting on a 2+ (your Destroyers in particular will therefore have a 2+ re-roll to hit and typically a 2+ re-roll to wound). It also has an excellent weapon.
* The Praetorians allow you 2 squads of swift moving units. If you are committed to the gun line, you can use these as an effective counter-attack and their AP2 weapons really make a mess of Terminators and Marines. If the Stalker stays alive (you really want that thing in cover) you can also nominate a target for those Praetorians to re-roll their hits and wounds in shooting before the charge which again - maximises your gun line.
That would be my suggestions anyway. That said, it very much depends on your local meta. I tend to run with a lot of mobility and Tomb Blades as my meta is mostly Tau gun lines (good for wiping out marker lights early on) and Eldar (easier to draw LOS to hiding Scat bikes and hunting down 4+ armour Aspect Warriors like Hawks who can be annoying with their blind attacks and battle focus to avoid LOS retaliation).
The Canoptek Harvest does have its limitations but I would still say its a good formation. Even if the Wraith and Scarabs move 12 inches I can still move my Spyder 6 inches and then run it 2d6 so effectivly as long as i dont run the Wraith and Scarabs ill still be able to buff up my formation and thats what I mainly use it for.
However, it is sometimes more tempting to leave the spyder behind with my main units becaue of its 5+ on deny the witchrolls which is needed if im facing a pysk heavy army (which I have been recently, had 4 games that all includes Magnus the Red and he is not a good match up against crons!)
I could do a CAD and Formations list so that I could include 8-10 Praetorians w/ Rod of Covenant and have them with my Overlord or a different HQ like a Cryptek or Orikan. Or do as you said with above.
I always run 3 units of Tomb Blades. They are great for getting objectives and supporting units that are under fire or close to it. Especially with rapid fire giving me twice the fire power.
