Ive been hearing rumors of yeneed bringing guiliman back to live and guiliman being possessed by the Emprah, but I have actual no idea of whats going on, all I know is that Ive been playing fallen with DA codex and a week before it was announced they were gonna be their one army I removed all the paint and made them into actual dark angels, and now I'm pissed mad!

According to screenshots of the supplement, it looks like the fallen are going to be battle brothers with armies of the imperium and csm. The exception--they cannot be in an army with Dark Angels.

Ive been hearing rumors of yeneed bringing guiliman back to live and guiliman being possessed by the Emprah

The idea is that cypher and Guilliman are going to try and shut down the golden throne in the hopes of the Emperor resurrecting as the star child.
As far as motives go, we know that Guilliman would be absolutely appalled by what the imperium has become, an empire that worships a rotting carcass that sits on a shiny golden toilet.

However, that also leaves to more room for speculation as far as more primarchs returning, for example, Fulgrim might return to give Guiliman a second ass-whoopin. (Which would be cool af imo)
