To specify, I am referring to kustom stompas, not buzzgob's big mek stompa.
Anyways, I thought this was a simple answer, on page 2 of the following, it clearly says kustom stompas are a legal LOW choice for armies from codex orks or a dread mob:

However, in the dread mob update, on page 16 the kustom stompa is missing from the list of allowable LOW choices.

Neither document is dated, so I don't know which is most recent. They were both released in 6th edition, but I can't find any date for either. Is there a way to determine when they were uploaded from google? I can't find a way, but maybe I'm just dumb.
At any rate, I'm a little confused by this, and saddened, as I have just completed my second kustom stompa, and now I find they may not be legal.
I know that they are not ITC legal, and this may be why, I suppose.
Anyone have any opinions?
