So the Vulture Guship can be found as a fast attack aircraft in the ABG in IAV1E2, however I cannot find it under the list of units able to added to an IG list. Does it follow the same rules as in the ABG (fast attack, can give it those lovely punishers, same point cost ect.), or am I required to buy another IA book (as lovely as they are, they aren't cheap) to find the rules?

The rules found in Imperial Armour: Aeronautica say it's a fast attack choice for a C:IG army, i believe the points cost is the same (the punisher cannons up the cost by 47%) and the same suite of special rules strafing run and vector dancer

Vulture rules are in IA: Aeronautica. From what I can tell, the rules are identical, so you should be good to go.
