Well, as I said before, 3-4 months isn't horrible, and it would have been a much bigger surprise if they had actually shipped on time.

I am concerned about the weapon thickness on some of those long spears, they look prone to breakage. Hopefully the ABS plastic has a fair amount of give to it.

Kingdom Death Twilight Knight Crossover 3D file received!

Good news, Wrath of Kings backers!

We just received the 3D files of the Twilight Knight Crossover from Adam at Kingdom Death. Adam has done several crossover with various other projects. And from looking at the comments, not all of them always capture the feel of the Kingdom Death line. So in order to make sure that our backers will receive the best possible product that not just reflect the look and feel but the mood of Kingdom Death, we asked Adam to personally commission and art directed this piece with his own all star team of artists. We are super pleased with the result. This will be going to his personal printer soon to ensure the highest quality master and we will post another round of pics before going to mold making.

Just to be clear, the Twilight Knight Crossover will be produced in resin, so it will not impact plastic production or cause any additional delays.

Thats pretty much why I don't like the model. If I wanted to see a scantaly clad women with an artificial body I could head over to a strip club.... But to each their own.

Sex sells, as it seems.

My opinion about bikini armor and the like, is that if it does not fit the fictional culture of the people is that I prefer it to be a alternate model, sort of a pin up. As a figurine that is t be designed to be outfitted for war she should look like her male counter parts. Not a white knight nor offended as the idea of near nude models.

I'm just a little OCD and like things to be a bit more uniformed with the factions.

I hope the WoK team will have more to show us soon. We haven't even seen masters for some of the infantry out there. (Ravenscar mercs are what I'm most interested in).

I like the look of the Twilight Knight for this game - I think she fits in with the aesthetic for WoK while at the same time staying true to the KD look as well...

It's pretty clear when you look at her from behind. Any and every KD mini that is wearing a thong is wearing a visible thong. To make the assumption she just isn't wearing pants at all is a bit silly.

I'm sorry, but I think it is pretty clear she isn't wearing any pants. I think it is only a matter of time until KD simply gives up the charade and straight out produces a HIPS version of the Twilight Knight doing the deed with an overweight "survivor."

Hehe yea, I was tempted to make the "KD models pants" circle a little brown circle inside the thong circle, but I couldn't figure out what to do with the other circle then.

I actually put a fair bit of thought and time into that!

Have we been looking at the same types of yoga pants?

I think we all need to do a bit of investigative reporting into this phenomenon.

I was referring to when a woman pulls on yoga pants and they get stretched such that the thread pattern begins to resemble fishnets. Those would be women who shouldn't be wearing stretch pants.
