Everyone know the black knights are probably the strongest deathstar you can bring, but what are the other competitive deathstars? Which other ones can synergize effectively in a lions blade formation.

Black knights are hardly the strongest death star you can bring.

Deathwing Knights get nasty if 1) you roll Veil of Time and 2) somehow manage to get them somewhere.

Deathwing Knights are indeed nasty. To get the most bang for your buck out of them:
-Take a Land Raider Crusader for them. You need a way to get them up the table quickly without them getting shot on the way there. Deep Striking won't cut it as you are a sitting duck for a turn.
-Attach Ezekiel. Seriously, do it! He gives them +1 attack, plus he can roll 3 powers on Librarius, giving you a 50/50 shot on getting Veil of Time.
-Attach an Interrogator-chaplain. Rerolls to hit in the first round of combat? Yes, please! Plus, the chappy benefits from Ezekiel's Attack bonus and can take the Mace of Redemption.

So, probably too slow to make a true deathstar, and we all know how lame Land Raiders are these days, but in a less competitive meta this unit can do some work. You could probably ally in some other characters for even more shenanigans, but since the FAQ came out you can't start them in the Land Raider.

My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/7/24, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700

The Grotsnik Corp Bump Feelerer 9,000. It only looks like several bricks crudely gaffer taped to a cricket bat.

Plus the Redeemer only seats 12, and 5 Knights+Ezekiel+Chappy is that.

Or can it seat 16?
