The Gloom Prism is generally what I consider a "sideboard item". I leave about 15-20 points(in an army this size) out of my main list for upgrades that are specifically catered to a certain army. I almost never use it, but that depends on your local meta. 2 5-man immo squads is weird to me, but they seem like a sound idea for obsec.
TB also work, especially cause they're fast.
Hope this helps,

Cheers for the reply.
Well the Stalker give both Heavy Destroyers +1
BS which is handy as it means I have a better chance at hitting. Also, because the Stalker is pretty big and menacing most people target it 1st hence why I'm using a Sypder so that it has a chance to stick around for longer. I will mostly have the Stalker in cover though for a better chance of survival as well. And, because it is in a Judicator Battalion I can nominate one enemy unit in my Stalkers line of sight and have my Praetorians have re-roll failed to-hit, to-wound and armour penetration rolls against said unit which is clutch when considering I have 2
CC units.
I will have basically 3 other unit field around my Stalker but once things turn south I will just have both H.Destroyers do their own thing and have the Spyder hide behind a bit of terrain and act as a anti-flanker.
I will be going against either my brothers Tau or Thousand Sons so the Spyders Gloom Prism will be helpfully if i'm against
TS. If not, ill drop the GP and have my list at 1483pts.
The reasons I have 2 immos is because I wanted to put more points towards my
CC units because of me either going against Tau or
TS and because Tau have horrible
CC I thought it would be best to have 2 good
CC units. Also, I could use the Night Scythe to pick-up any infantry unit I have and get them to disembark next turn somewhere else on the board so my immo and other infantry type units will have good board movement through out the stages and get to where they need to be.
However, I was thinking of drop the Formation and just going straight
CAD with 1 unit of 10 Praetorians, Orikan and D.Lord in the night scythe, 10 warriors and 5 immos instead of 2 5 immos and a normal destroyer with a Heavy and another Heavy on its own still within the Stalkers 6 inch bubble of +1
WS.
Your thoughts?
I'm away at the moment so I will show my updated list when I get a chance to.
