Hi, quick question right off the bat. Does the contingent headquarters in a hunter Cadre, have the special rules of the hunter Cadre? I.e. 12 inch supporting fire and able to run and shoot if within 12 of the commander. The list is kind of dependent upon it and with so many rules, it is hard to keep track of!

The basic idea is that the crisis suit unit can move 6, run, shoot and 3d6 jet pack around. The Ghostkeels can do the same, but a bit slower. Everything else is supporting cast.

Contingent headquarters:

Shadowsun (Warlord)

Crisis bodyguard (2 flamers)

Hunter Cadre:

Commander (buffmander gear, drone controller, iridium armour, stim injectors, vectored retro-thrusters)

9 Crisis suits & 6 marker drones (10 Plasma Rifles, 8 fusion blasters, 9 target locks)

3 Ghostkeels (3 cyclic ion rakers, 3 tl fusion blasters, 2 target locks, 3 counterfire defence systems)

10 kroot
10 kroot
10 kroot

Piranha

Sniper drone team (1 marksman & 3 sniper drones)

Inquisition detachment

Inquisitor (3 servo skulls)

Assassin Detachment

Culexus assassin

Total = 1850pts

It is interesting but seems, given your inclusion of the cullexus/servo skulls, that your goal is competitive play. A crisis star just isn't resilient or deadly enough to do well in a GT setting.

If I've misread your intent, sorry. I do think it is a cool list!

Rule #1 is Look Cool.

OKay in that case I love it and to answer your question, no I don't think the Contingent HQ gets Unbreakable Bonds of Fellowship. I believe that's a Hunter Cadre rule not a Hunter Contingent rule. (But I don't have my books in front of me).

Quick answer, no, because it's not purchased as part of the Hunter Cadre. It makes up it's own formation with it's own unique rules. It does share the Hunter Contingent rules Ideal Mission Commander and Coordinated Firepower.
