In the Fist of Medusa strikeforce detachment, it allows the use of contemptor dreadnoughts. Does this include contemptor Mortis dreadnoughts as well?

No. The reference is to the Contemptor Dreadnoughts datasheet from the same Angels of Death supplement, and not the Contemptor Pattern Dreadnought or Contemptor-Mortis Pattern Dreadnought from Imperial Armour.
