Hey guys,

So I decided to create a custom Ork Klan - the Krymzon Tyd Klan - which I decided to make a Community Project, but only one person contributed apart from myself and they only contributed one Notable Ork, so it's still essentially my Clan haha. What inspired me to make this clan is that so many pages on the Fanon Wiki tend not to go into too much detail and the Clans you see on the 40K Wiki/Lexi tend not to have more than a long paragraph dedicated to them.

So here's the gist of what I want to ask people:

-- Does it break canon?
-- Is it too cliched with the theme of excessive violence?
-- What are your thoughts on what I've written for the religion section?
-- What other thoughts do you have on the Clan so far?

Cheers

I wouldn't call it a clan. Ork clans are a part of them on a physiological level. What you're looking for would be a tribe, which is much more of an organizational structure than the clans and are much more flexible in their beliefs and operations.

I didn't read through the whole thing because I'm tired, but from what I can see it seems perfectly legit. There's been orks worshipping their own version of Khorne for years. The first one that springs to mind is the 3ed deamonhunter codex. Khorne is not very intrested in orcs though but blood shed is always blood shed, and violence will always be violence.

As to making it a Klan the ones represented in the codex are only a fraction of all the orc klans, so go nuts with that. You might have to make it a bit bigger though. New ones are formed and old klans are destroyed in a fluxuating state depending on the whims of the warboss. If the warboss decide his tribe is going to usurp the klan he can United a bunch of tribes and beat the biggest boss around. No one is going to stop following him because he declares his klan to now be "da gruffs" instead of "da goofs".

His pattern of returning alive after being declared dead occurred often enough during Cain's career that the Munitorum made a special ruling that Ciaphas Cain is to never be considered dead, despite evidence to the contrary.
