I could swear i saw somewhere it said the rider can fire overwatch, but cant find it now. Can they, or not?
What about the daemon chariots with their "transport capacity of 1 model that cant disembark"?

And what with "chariots charge like Bikes"? Bikes section do not have charging section, are they trolling or what?

Under 'Special Rules' in the Chariot rules:

"A rider can fire Overwatch if its Chariot is charged, but it cannot shoot any of the weapons mounted on the Chariot itself."

So far as charging like Bikes, I assume it refers to this part of 'Movement' in the Bikes & Jetbikes rules:

"Bikes and Jetbikes are not slowed down by difficult terrain (even when charging)."

Damn, thanks! I knew i saw it, but assumed that special rules list only actual rules from "Special Rules" sections (also reader on my phone is terrible)
