The chapter champion in a BA command squad, comes with a power sword, bolt pistol and a combat shield. Does he recieve the +1 attack for ccw and pistol? The combat shield rules only state that it gives a 6+ invul; meanwhile the storm shield rules say that it gives a 3+, and also mentions that the model can never recieve the bonus attack for havimg a ccw and pistol.

A combat shield is different than a storm shield. I am pretty sure that the Assault Marines box has a combat shield in it, but I am certain that the command squad box has the combat shield in it that also has a bolt pistol kinda hidden on the inside of the shield. A Storm shield is much larger than a combat shield and comes in the Terminator box.
