Hi starting a new army will eventually lead into ynnari but for now keeping it simple

Heat lances are not so good TBH, they require you to be within 9" of the vehicule to be melta and this is too close for the frail scourges, a blaster does the job well enough and can harm MC better too.
the Archon is strange in this list, I don't really see what you want him to do, the huskblade is tricky to use and I don't really get the goal of the phantasm launcher as he already has plasma grenades.
A shadow field and maybe an agonizer will serve you better most likely.
or you can just take a single Lahmean to fill up the HQ slot and this will leave you a lot of extra points to take another Venom or 2
the Splinter Cannon is a bit expensive but with splinter racks on raider I get it.

I'll echo fartherthanfar's comments about the Archon. If he's going solo, he's pretty fragile and you've put a good amount of points in him. If you're only going to use one HQ model, go with a Lhamaean. put the points elsewhere, like better weapons on the scourges or giving your reavers cluster caltrops.

I just wanted to use Phantasm launcher cause it looks fun  and I own an archon xD it just point costs for scourges plus deep strike next vehicles etc but bigger points wil = blasters

Reavers always with cluster caltrops, blasters are optional. At 100 points 3 units of 5 kabalites in venoms are better than 2x10 kabalites in raiders. The archon alone is a waste of points, take a lahmaean instead. Or make him join a unit of incubi and give them a raider. 2 units of reavers are too many in a 1000 points game but they're fine, I prefer haywire blasters but many players go with lances so it's up to you.
You can do something like that:
3x5 kabalites in venoms 315 pts
3x3 reavers with caltrops and blasters 219 pts
5 scourges with lances 120 pts
which means you can dispose of 346 points. You can add the archon with incubi and raider and another unit of 3 reavers or another 5 man kabalites unit in a venom.
Grotesques are awesome, but need to be converted as the orignal models are too expensive. 3 grots with the archon are nice, a succubus is even better than the archon.
