I really love the Warp Smith and Skitarii models, and I was wondering what kits (preferably GW) would provide me with the most Mechanicum-styled bits?

Essentially I want some Iron Warriors for my Chaos Army (the yellow/black stripes look awesome) who are part-bionic. Additionally, I want to make a small force of the "Steel Confessors" Space Marine Chapter, who were made in secret by the Mechanicum before being forced to become a traditional chapter by the inquisition, however while keeping close ties to the Mechanicum.
