What would the recommendations be to take this list to 1.5K? I keep getting stuck on random CADs that don't synchronise well!

really good list but there needs to be some alterations:
1. chaos lord should drop the vox and take the stormbolt plate and then give the vox to the daemon prince. The daemon prince has more survivability so he should keep the vox. But i think the vox in general is pretty bad seeing that people dont care about fear anymore and the reserve thing is situational at most. you are running 1250 pts two relics is two too many. if you drop the vox i suggest you take a sigil for your lord.

2. NEVER EVER MIX WEAPONS....your raptors will less effective if you mix weapons, its best that you have one squad with flamers and one with meltas. I also think that you should give the other champ some meltabombs and maybe a power axe.... BTW dont take power swords go with the maul or the axe.

3. the warp talons are kind of meh... but i think they are one of your fav models so ill let that slide.

1. I've dropped the Vox entirely. Sigil now on the Lord.

2. Ive designated the squads between flamers and melta's. Swapping the melta bomb onto the flamer squad champ instead. Power Axe on the champ also.

3. I'd happily replace the Warp Talons with another Raptor Squad, just assumed I needed a little more combat punch. Then have spare to beef out the 3 squads. What are your recommendations here? Would have an additional 250 points without the Talons to use.

Its all up to you, you can try both and see how it goes, personally i would fill the raptors squad.

Personally I'd be tempted to drop 3 of the warp talons to make it a 5 man unit and buff up the raptor squads from 5 man to 7 man squads. Warp talons perform as they should have (almost) in the base game being able to charge from deep strike and can tear a good chunk out of a MEQ unit the turn they hit, especially if it is marines thanks to VotLW. the big warp talon unit looks good on the table top when it deep strikes in and charges, but you'll find you'll chance wiping the enemy out in that turn and opening yourself up to being shot in your opponents turn.

The last thing I would recommend is maybe drop one mastery level in favour of a powerfist for your lord that way he can reliably take down MCs
