I'm trying out the fun psychic phase of the Thousand Sons soon and came up with the following stuff I want to use.

Ahriman's Exiles
Ahriman on disc - 260pts
3x Exalted Sorcerer - 645pts
- all on disc.
- all lvl 3.

Forsworn Knight Detachment
2x Rengade Knight - 750pts
- both equipped with Avenger Gatling Canons

This all comes down on the grand total of 1655pts
Leaving me with 195pts to use on other stuff, which is what I want to ask you guys.
What are my best options for filling out those last 195 pts?
I could get another Exalted Sorcerer (on disc), but that one would only be lvl 2.

The only thing I can think of useful in those points is a daemon cad of horrors and Herald to boost your warp charge and give a summoning option.

That is not a bad idea, I guess you mean blue horrors? Since Pink cost 90pts per squad.

Also it adds bodies, Otherwise getting shot at will really hurt you.

145 pts gets you a level 3 Herald with paradox.. the rest can go on brimstones.

(Or two units of 11 blues and a naked Herald)

Have you given the exalted spell familairs?

Going by the points, no he hasn't.

The Heralds anarchic is also an option since you're sorely lacking for WC, but only having 6 models on the board so far means adding a couple more single models proably isn't going to get it done for you either. I suspect that you're going to struggle mightily to get much done with so few models on the board, so yeah, a trio of ML1 heralds with paradox would be maximum utility for minimum points and they're even self sufficient since you can summon on 5 dice and be assured that beyond some freak deny rolls, it's going to work every time.

I think you're going to be super disapointed with Ahriman and 3 exalteds however - Might I suggest a trio of unmarked ML3's from the cyclopia cabal instead? They've got more chance of nabbing invis and are SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper (435 for 3x ML3's with familiars on bike [580 for 4] vs 950! for Ahriman and 3 exalteds with familiars, all on disks). Those extra points can go a very, very long way.
