I've been slowly building an Eldar army for several years now. it's been a very slow going process for me because I've been building it with a Halloween/ undead theme. My biggest problem with this army, is that I won't add/field a unit unless the unit has the right 'look'. So far the majority of units I have or are currently working on are

Guardians: Converted with Matntic zombies
Striking Scorpions: Guardian bodies converted with Mantic ghoul bits and a bit of greenstuff to look like werewolves
Warlocks: replaced weapons with a Scythe, and replaced head with a skull and 'greenstuffed' hoods
Eldrad: Slight modifications to make it look like a witch
Dire Avengers: painted black, Exarch converted with a skull head and scythe (Kind of a laxy conversion, but I was thinking of them as some thing like Rubrics)
Wraithguard: Converted with Dryad bits (going with a haunted forest idea on the Wraith constructs)
Wraithlord: Think 'tree growing up through the armor (first attempt at sculpting, so it's bad)
Swooping hawks: Replaced wings with gargoyal wings, heads with Dark elf heads
Asurman: VC Krell conversion
WraithKnight: Trying to make him look like a giant skeletal monster (not going as well as I hoped)
Weapon platforms/Vauls Wrath: Platforms with 3 Large Scything Talons as 'legs' and weapons underslung for weapon platform or mounted on top for Vaul's Wrath
Wave Serpent: Tombstones replace vanes for shield generation, corpse cart coming out the back
Warp Hunter: Weapon made from Skaven Warp lightning cannon weapon and crystal.
War Walkers: Looking at using Crypt ghouls bodies with warwalker bits added on.
Shining Spears: Older jetbikes with VC Black Knight Riders
Autarch on Jetbike: Want to use the older jetbike style and mod to either look like the headless horseman

What I need help is, there are certain units I would love to add, but I've not been able to come up with any cool ideas that will fit the overall theme, allow my opponent to not be too confused, and still not break the bank. I'm having a hard time finding ideas for other units, I'd like to have a little bit of everything eventually so I'm looking for ideas for just about everything else. I'm trying to find a way to deck out the different tanks to maintain the overall theme, but still be identifiable. I've considered using the Mortis Engine and/or Blood Cauldron on the Falcon chassis, just not sure what they would represent though. If I could ever get it right, i've been trying to do a Ghost in the mirror effect on some of the tank panels. Any other thoughts would really be appreciated.

2 things I would recommend is to use Dark Eldar Scourges for your Swooping Hawks. I believe 2 per box already come with leathery 'gargoyle' wings. The other 3 are feathered wings, which you can paint black like crows' wings
For the WK, have you thought about using Nagash?

The paint jobs are not the greatest, I've still not completely settled on a paint scheme, plus too many armies keeps me distracted.

Dire Avenger Exarch

Wraithblade

Swooping Hawk

Asurmen

Wave/Grave Serpent

Vaul's Wrath D-Cannon

Eldrad

Guardian Squads

Warp Hunter

I've considered Using Scourges, but I didn't want there to be any confusion as to what the unit was, especially now with the Ynnari faction out. I also considered Nagash for a Wk, but I already have a WK, so I'm trying to base off it.
