I think it's awesome. Nice work.

I can imagine it hauling ass across the countryside, blasting xenos and heretics Rat Patrol style.

At my desk

I personally think it would like a little more 40k aesthetic. Just a few greebles here and there to make it look like a respectable Imperial vehicle.

Love the concept, but I do think it looks a little too close to modern day.

3000pts Blood Angels (4th Company) - 2000pts Skitarii (Voss Prime) - 2500pts Imperial Knights (Unnamed House) - 1000pts Imperial Guard (Household Retainers)

2000pts Free Peoples (Edlynd Fusiliers) - 2000pts Kharadron Overlords (Barak Zilfin) - 500pts Ironweld Arsenal (Edlynd Ironwork Federation) - 1000pts Duardin (Grongrok Powderheads)

Wargaming's no fun when you have a plan!

Needs more skulls or an exhaust pipe leading into the cab

H.B.M.C.- The end hath come! From now on armies will only consist of Astorath, Land Speeder Storms and Soul Grinders!
War Kitten- Vanden, you just taunted the Dank Lord Ezra. Prepare for seven years of fighting reality...
koooaei- Emperor: I envy your nipplehorns. <Magnus goes red. Permanently>
Neronoxx- If our Dreadnought doesn't have sick scuplted abs, we riot.
Frazzled- I don't generally call anyone by a term other than "sir" "maam" "youn g lady" "young man" or " HEY bag!"
Ruin- It's official, we've ran out of things to talk about on Dakka. Close the site. We're done.
mrhappyface- "They're more what you'd call guidlines than actual rules" - Captain Roboute Barbosa
Steve steveson- To be clear, I'd sell you all out for a bottle of scotch and a mid priced hooker.

Yeah ,But its not supposed to be a respectable imperial vehicle. The term technical is used to describe a civilian vehicles modified quickly on the spot for military use.

These are my real imperial small vehicles they look way stronger:

Hmm maybe if you can do carefully a quickly spray paint like cadia and such on the pick up as a identifier. ?

Maybe a crude. But quick front plate welded on to protect engine?

Nothing well made. More them with a few hours welding some steel on and spray painting there unit quickly one?

Sgt. Vanden - OOC Hey, that was your doing. I didn't choose to fly in the "Dongerprise'.

I have no clue how Dakka's moderation work. I expect it involves throwing a lot of d100 and looking at many random tables.

FudgeDumper - It could be that you are just so uncomfortable with the idea of your chapters primarch having his way with a docile tyranid spore cyst, that you must deny they have any feelings at all.

And even at that, I'm of the opinion that the 40k setting is so blasted whacky, that there is room for all kinds of tastes. To me, the technical fits just fine. But that's just my view. Other will differ.

For, in the grim darkness of the far future, pick-ups are still built FORD TOUGH.

And the Dingos are awesome too.
