Why Aye Ya Canny Dakkanaughts!

I found this model in one of my old bitz boxes, I don't remember getting it and I don't know what it is. I would say it loss vaguely Eldar (dark maybe?) and it has the word champion on it's base. It is metal and looks/feels like the old 2nd ed models.

Any ideas?

Yup, not 2nd ed, RT eldar.

Called a champion, because in RT, there were different levels of troop like in fantasy (trooper, champion, hero, mighty hero, etc).

Wearing old eldar power armour (the mesh armour is shown on the slimmer models on the bottom row - more of a chainmail texture in areas, the power armour is what the top row are mostly wearing). Before eldar got their own specially named armours.
(Because in RT, ALL armies shared the same armour types and weapon types. A lasgun was a lasgun, whether eldar or imperial - same for plasma cannons, las cannons, etc)

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

Ah, rogue trader is before my time in the hobby I am afraid, still I never knew I had picked up such an old model.

Thanks.
