A question in regards to something that can come from the Inquisitorial Representative:
What happens if you get more than one of the same Warlord Trait? Some of them are redundant (For example, giving Preferred Enemy to nearby units is going to be the same regardless of how many Inquisitors you have standing nearby,) but others could theoretically stack in some silly ways.

Multiple Inquisitors with, say, 'Burner of Worlds' seems fine - I just get extra Orbital Bombardments. Something like Strategic Genius seems to work, too - You just infiltrate more units.
Where it starts to get sketchy is abilities like, say, Incorruptible (-1 to nearby Daemon's Invuln saves,) or Master of the Vanguard (+1" to running and charge ranges.) With enough Inquisitors and some lucky dice, you could add any number of Master of the Vanguard stacks to a unit, for truly ridiculous (20"+) charge ranges, if you had the points and the inclination to get punched in the face. From a more practical standpoint, putting a -2 or -3 on your opponent's reserve rolls could be really useful, being able to discard multiple Strategic Objectives a turn seems really useful, getting a +2 or +3 bonus to Seizing the Initiative (on top of Coteaz) seems ceaselessly useful.

From the Special Rules section of the rulebook, second to last sentence of 'A Compendium of Special Rules':

"Unless specifically stated, a model cannot gain the benefit of a special rule more than once."

I would expand on what Mr. Shine has said - even though it mentions "benefits" in the above quote, psychic Blessings and Maledictions are also stated to only affect units once, so I would say that a good precedent is to apply that broadly (after all, for the ones that affect Seizing, you are clearly not a model for the special rule quote).

Okay, what about (for an example) the trait that causes 3 enemy units to take Pinning checks? If you got it twice, would that be 6 pinning checks or 3?

Not sure if there are any particular rules that cover it succinctly enough to just quote, so I'm going to state a HIWPI and you can freely choose you ignore me if you disagree:
6 units, not allowed to pick the same unit twice. Likewise with Master of Ambush.
Strategic Genius and Divide to Conquer probably shouldn't stack with other copies (i.e. you could combine it with Coteaz).
Nothing in Command or Personal traits seems like it would cause a problem.
For Tactical, number 1 wouldn't stack (it doesn't say "an extra card", but "two"), number 2 should be fine, 3 might get argued but I'd allow it, same for 4, 5 is fine as you can't re-roll a re-roll, 6 can only claim +1 for each objective, regardless of how many Lead by Example are in the unit
