I am working on a Nurgle Army and am going through the books finding all Keywords that say Nurgle.

I noticed some Chaos figures dont have the keyword but in their warscroll have you can choose a Mark of Chaos, one being Nurgle of Course.

Do Marks of Chaos count as Keyword Nurgle for the Purpose of a Nurgle Army ? Would they gain the benefits of Spells or Abilities of Nurgle ?
