So i have a large kill team event coming up for our local gaming club and for this event i have decided to use necrons.

I have never painted necrons before. The one thing i knew is that i didnt want to do a simple metallic scheme.

After much research i have finally found a colour scheme that i really like. I saw it in this video:

Only problem is, i have no clue what paints or steps i need to use to achieve this look!

So if anyone could give me some help that would be fantastic! Any help is appreciated!

I think asking on the channel of Tabletop Tactics is a good idea. If the guy knows and is responsive to message he wouldn't mind telling you.

To be honest I've seem way better necron schemes on the whitish/ivory specter.

What is on this battle report reminds me of some Deathwing color schemes.
Alternatively you can watch couple of tutorials of Next level painting making white necrons and Improvise (You don't have to follow this by book, just see the how to and improvise):
