I have been having a blast getting into BB.
Here is the progress on my first team The West Coast Wyverns

I decided that I was going to customize the orcs from the boxed set, not because there is anything wrong with them, but because apparently I have a compulsion to convert every mini that I own!

Here is the first Line Orc with a double hand transplant:

I decided to go for a flashy quartered colour scheme:

And went for the weathered look to reflect the team's bash nature:

Sorry about the poor pic quality. I will work on that with future pics/posts

That looks awesome! Well done! Weathering looks really nice. Suitably banged up and used, but still legible. Like they're starting their last game of the season.

One of them filthy casuals...

Thanks!
I am still contemplating whether or not to add blood splatters.

Arguably worse pics, but here is my first Blitzer complete with arm swap:

I have a troll!

I reposed the left arm down so that it does not cover his face as much, I filled the gaps and sculpted a couple of extra scales to tidy things up.
I also customized the chest plate to better fit with the look of the rest of the team.
Now all I need to do is get some blue paint on him and we are away!

Hat trick!
Here is my Blitzer conversion from a Line Orc.
The helmet was scratch built with GS and plasticard. The topknot along with the tiny skull and spikes were also sculpted from GS.
I then sculpted the left hand weapon from GS, and the right arm is a swap from the original Blitzer model but the metal spike features were sculpted by me.
The pose is a little more static, but it kind of looks menacing IMHO

I have also just bought a box of Orruk Brutes! I am going to use 4 of them to make Black Orc Blockers with. I will use the fifth to make the West Coast Wyvern's "counts as" Varag Ghoul Chewer!
