HQ

Captain - Power Armor (Artificer Armor, Bolt Pistol, Swiftstrike and Murder) Jump Pack

Troops

2 5 man squad of Scouts, Bolters with ML

Fast Attack

10 man squad of Assault Marines with 2 flamers and Sergeant with Bolt Pistol and Power Fist

And for some reason my Battle Scribe tells me 50% of the time that "Power Armor cannot have any selections of Chapter Relics - Melee Weapons (hidden)" Sometimes it says it and sometimes it doesn't

Looks pretty fluffy and fun.

500 point lists are always a bit off. You just can’t cover all your bases. But you have a reasonable selection there.

AV is a bit light. At range, you just have the 2 MLs. Not the best. Powerfist for CC to back that up, but that squad is going to want to spend the game mulching troops.

Captain is a lot of points for this level, I might have gone with a bare bones chaplain or librarian with just a JP to hang with the assault marines. But he’s fine.

Scouts could use snipers a/o cloaks. But are OK as-is.

I personally prefer 5 man assault squads. Easier to keep out of LOS/behind cover while they advance up the table. For the points, I’d run with a power axe and melta bomb on a vet sarge over a fist on a normal sarge.

If you cut the squad down to 5 men, you could add another unit. A TML/HB speeder or a bike squad with grav/melta would help shore up your AV. Giving one/both of your scout squads LSSs would also keep with the theme, and give you some more mobility/firepower.

So I kept my Captain the way he is but reduced the Assault squad to 5 and changed their sergeant to what you advised. I then added a Speeder with TML HB. Added cloaks to scouts but had no extra points for sniper rifles

I'm keeping the captain because according to the league my HQ must stay the same (excluding upgrades) and eventually will turn him into a Chapter Master

So the guy I'm playing against is going to be using Saint Celestine. Any advice?

Saint Celestine in 500 points is pure madness. You stand no chance. Best bet is to at least have some objectives that don't require killing anything and then just play those and ignore Celestine.
