The psyker from the warband join the Spawn(to spread out the obsec), the other psyker join the biker unit with the lord. They both roll on telepathy and biomancy to get shrouding and or invisibility for the helbrute- and biker unit.

The helbrute warlord rolls on the night lords warlord table hoping for hit and run or rampage. The brutes will walk up the middle of the board, hoping for some double tap plasma action.

Layout is fine list looks good I'd swap the plasma cannon for three multi melta and two tl lascannon

That is a good suggestion, my only issue with the MM is the range. I have considered lascannons, but I don't know where to get the points. And I brought meltas on the chosen and bikers for anti armour, if that's not enough I can always charge in with my power axes and PF. Brutes will eventually get into CC as well. They are brutal in CC.
