Has anyone had experience with or against a dominus armoured siege bombard? They seem brutal for their points. Is the only reason people don't take these is because they will have to make their own model since there isnt one?

It is a 280 point super heavy tank LOW with 6 hp, 14 13 12 armor and can put out 3 str 10 ap3 apoc blasts a turn at 60". Why are these not seen more in the competitive scene with the MSU meta??

That's not an awful option, by any means, but earthshaker artillery carriages are cheaper for basically the same damage output. They also don't suffer from being vehicles.
