Hi. I'm going to return to 40k after 7 years. Have painted one mini so far - just to check painting techniques I'm using on 15mm minis. Military style Astra Militarum Wyvern:

Hope you like it. I have to finish few 15mm minis for painting competition, but after that, I'm going to buy some walkers (possible for BA army) and paint them, possible in a little brighter colours.

That's all atm. I'm going to start play 40k soon, ordered some Dreadnoughts at LGS. But I have some 15mm miniatures. I've painted most of them for UK GT 2017, still have to paint a lot more. I'm happy with results tbh . All pictures are quite big, if you want to see more details just click on them.
First German kitten - 1/100 Panther with late war camo (green as base colour, not dunkelgelb). It was my first serious attempt with colour modulation, and it's still my favourite mini, I love that camo:

My last soviets:

And all Soviet army on one picture:

Everything painted with Mig Ammo paints (airbrush), Vallejo (brush). Weathered with Mig Ammo/AK Interactive filters/washes etc. Pigments - Mig and Vallejo.

Another tanks finished. German Tigers, standard 3-colours camo with some twist - Scottish tartan . Tanks from SS PanzerAbteilung 103, I've added yellow numbers to distinguish platoons/tanks on the table. One tank lost his antenna, have to visit local music store and buy another one for him. I've added Dreadnought for size comparison only.

After another few years another 40k miniature . This time Sentinel. The same boring green color scheme. I like it though. Don't know when, but will try to paint another 2 to have full squadron.

Thank you. In my defence, it's not that I haven't painted anything during these years, quite contrary - I painted hundreds of miniatures and probably around hundred tanks, but they are all 15mm scale, not 28mm
