What kinds of armies usually give you trouble?
Might want to consider other tank types to get ignores cover for versatility.

Do you enjoy the platoon playstyle? As an ork player the guardsmen aren't as threatening as the tanks.

If you're allowed named characters, it might be worth considering Pask as the punisher for his buffs.

I don't see anything wrong with the army but there might be ways to optimize it to have more smaller units available to shoot more targets.

Well I usually fair well equally against most armies however, with arms like dark eldar with plenty of cover, my 'lots of shots' tactic kind of suffers. And yes I much enjoy the platoon playstyle, would you recommend any changes then?

I would swap the heavy bolters to autocanons in the infantry platoons.

I would drop the company command for pask upgrade on the
punisher tank but if you prefer the infantry orders and feel no pain on one of the units it's your call.

I also noticed you have no dozer blades on any of your tanks so watch out for immobilization.

If you are looking to make a 1000 point TAQ team this wouldnt be it IMHO. Even though the lemun russes are great they cant match value for a meltacide squad for 90 points. If you are taking a tank put pask in a punisher or even 2 punisher team and run platoons with grenade launchers and autocannons. also you need to make sure you can get your orders off so a commissar is really good but if you are strapped for points 2 voxcasters put seperatly works too. Maybe its just me but i feel like tanks are too squishy in this edition. also THE REGIMENTAL STANDARD IS BOSS rerolling fear morale and pinning test on a platoon thats already leadership 9 because of commissar you will see your platoon put in alot of work until their last man. Also primaris psykers for precience is great for rerolling hits to get more mileage.

Correct me if I am wrong but there is no point in having a Lascannon on those Leman Russ Tanks, once you fire the main cannon the Lascannon must snapshoot as the main cannon is ordnance. Save the points.

I'd dump one of those platoons for some Veterans in a Chimera, you'll still have points left over for another heavy weapon team in Alpha platoon.

I would recommend a few things:
Drop the HWTs for the platoons and use those points to make another squad, then have an autocannon in each squad, not HBs. You still retain 6x autocannons, they're more survivable, and you save points. I like the GL, so stick with that as the special weapon for the squads as well.
I might also recommend dropping the CCS for Pask in a Punisher with a LRBT supporting him. That can free up pts for something like a wyvern as well.

Here's to me in my sober mood,
When I ramble, sit, and think.
Here's to me in my drunken mood,
When I gamble, sin, and drink.
And when my days are over,
And from this world I pass,
I hope they bury me upside down,
So the world can kiss my ass!

First things first I do like the list. However as the guys before me have said Pask in a punisher is pretty much an auto-take for me, plus if you're running plain Leman Russ there's no point in taking the lascannon as you'll nearly always want to fire the main gun. Have you considered an Eradicator? A lot of people knock them but I've found them really useful. Their main gun is strength 6, AP4 large blast and ignores cover so its perfect for Dark Eldar. Plus before upgrades its only 120 points. Maybe not suited for tournament play but definitely worth considering.
Edit: it's also not ordnance so you can fire your other weapons at full BS :-D
