As it says on the box - Is a Death Jester able to fire his Shuriken Shrieker Cannon as regular Shuriken Cannon?
The Harlequin tactics article on 1D4chan says he can, but I can't find anything explicitly saying so

Look at the shrieker cannon entry in the harlies codex - it has two profiles for 'shrieker' and 'shuriken'...

The Death Jester only ever fires the Srieker Cannon, however it has two modes of firing (Shrieker ammo, and Shuriken ammo). One of those two modes is identical to a Shuriken Cannon, which the vast majority of the time will perform better than the other mode and is used almost all the time, so it's common parlance to say that he's firing a Shuriken Cannon.
