Subject: Help me decide what rules to use for this conversion
The newest edition to my Halloween themed Eldar army is nearing completion. I didn't really have any specific tank to use this as, it was just a conversion floating around my head. Now I'm just trying to figure out how to use it. I already have my Warp Hunter conversion and some started versions for Wave Serpents, but other than that I'm not sure where to go.

You could use this as any Grav Tank, really. The Night Spinner is a fun tank and has "Night" in the name, which fits the Halloween theme.
You could say that sorcerer is casting sprits onto the enemy, which is why it wounds their Initiative rather than T.
By the unholy skidmark ridden underpants of nurgle it has to be a Fire Prism.
I can just see spoopy ghost flames coming out of the cauldron and smiting the living something fierce.

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.
When I'm editing alot, you know I have a gakload of homework to (not) do.
