How do the plush mats look when combined with some of Cigar Box's non-plush cut out terrain? Do they look weird when combined. Also I often use gray or black ribbon to work at roads in 6mm. How would something like that look and lay on the plush mats?

Also just in general for those who have played on plush and regular mats, which do you prefer? Do the plush ones look and play better or is it sort of gimmicky?

No idea what a "plush" mat is. I'd assume felt or some such since they indicate heavily on their site that they don't use neoprene (like everyone else does). Shame too as I've looked at their stuff before, but having used neoprene - I'll never go back.

Not familiar with any of their terrain.

I have used neoprene and was not a fan. I did not like the feel of it and rolled up they are very bulky making storage a problem.
