I just played in a 500 point game with my space marines. The restrictions on units were modified to 0-1 of everything except troop which was 1-4. The restrictions will be modified each coming game by adding 1 of any single unit type to the allowances up to the amount on a standard force organization chart. The allowances include allied detatchments toward the total thus we cant take most allies until game 2. That being said i played this list:

I narrowly lost the game when my astra millitarum opponent wiped my centurions down to a single model in the final turn using his leman russ punisher. I made 2 out of 6 2+ saves and in the previous turn only managed to get 2 grav shots through both of which got deflected by his cover saves, on 6's no less !
Anyway in a week im going to play another match and i would like to add a 250 point allied detachment of space wolves. I cant use company of the great wolf due to the amount of elites required so my starting point will be a 10 man blood claw unit beyond that i have no idea what to add so any ideas are welcome. Additionally any criticisim on how to fix the 500 poimt marine list would be great.

-- Force Sword is better on the Librarian than a Force Axe because the Librarian having an Unwieldy Weapon in such a list is probably more of a detriment (especially since Force can confer Instant Death).

-- I would personally remove the Omniscope on the Centurions, remove the Heavy Bolters on the Tactical Squads, and give each Tactical Squad a Plasmagun. It means they still have a threatening weapon while maintaining all the benefits of mobility.
