That's not fingerprint but an artefact from 3d Printing the modell for the Box art - and someone being to lazy or under a very tight schedule to clean and prepare the print probably. It can bee seen quite often on GW models, as the 'eavy Metall team often paints the Promo before the Moulds are finished and first Casts produced.
