Found these two:
First comes from cadian heavy weapon team (It's supposed to hold ammo for heavy bolter) the second is from cadian command box - just remove the pointy finger and add one from greenstuffto have somewhat closed hand.

The old empire range for whfb might have some hands you may like. The militia / mordheim kit had a few empty hands, but the scale of these hands was really inconsistent (I blame the wyrdstone exposure) so maybe you want something slightly more modern than that particular kit.
