Need some thoughts. Is this nurgling party a little too busy? Im still planning on adding some skulls and other random bitz about. Also is it too high?? Please let me know your thoughts!!

Don't seem to feel a vibe, looks like random pieces put together. The point of a diorama is to capture a scene...and I don't feel that you captured that.

I'd disagree. To me it seems to catch the image of a couple of big nurglers driving the smaller ones into battle.

It'll depend on the colours, I'd imagine a lot of snotty slime etc, but I think this can look good when done

Yeah i knkw what you mean Kingpin. I think diorama is not what i meant. I think my original idea was more along the lines of what Possum was saying. And yes, those drains would be oozing some kind of sludge that the nurglings are going to take a bath in plus Typhus and the other dude will have their own removable bases.

It's not really cluttered as much as it feels... to layered. I would've used plaster to make parts of the surface more even. So it doesn't like like stacked cork. Maybe use really thin GS ropes and try to make them look like dead or corrupted/disseased tree/plant roots crawling over the ground.

I feel like it has no focus

its not about how many nurglings there are but the fact that its flat and there is no single focal point.

i feel like there should be a 3rd terminator in the center, and 3 raised platforms for each of them at diffrent heights. it makes a focal line from the bottom to top drawing your eyes to 1 of the terminators on the top (make it like the squad leader) besides nurgles icon is 3 circles so you could work that into it.

I like the concept of it, but in my opinion the Nurglings are too spread around. If they were all going to battle, say, why are some of them facing backwards? They'd look better if they were more or less heading into same direction.
I also agree with The Grumpy Eldar, adding something to smoothen out some of the cork is needed. It doesn't have to cover all of the cork, just to break it up a little so it doesn't look so obviously cork. Maybe a small pile of bloody guts somewhere to contrast against the inevitable green sludgle.

I agree that the nurglings don't have a sense of purpose, I would like to see them all rushing down the middle. I really like the pipe maybe you could have the bulk of the nurglings playing in the slime whilst the terminators watch on , also the nurglings look to much like a cheer leading pose separated . I can really see potential and hope my criticism are helpful

I like this, I can kind of see where you are heading with this, when all that cork is blended in and the sludge coming out of the pipe. It looks like they are surrounded by enemies and it is their last stand or something. PS, is that festus the leach lord with the big scythe?
