Okie dokie ... Here we go ... We can do this ... Nothing to it ... I can make it through Monday ... To help with that process, how about a brand new Glacial Geek Battle Report?! https://youtu.be/3wUspAYmt58 This week my Dark Angels take on the Blood Angels! Upon the war ravaged planet, the Dark Angels mustered their forces as the Deathwing Knights dragged the rogue psyker to the awaiting Thunderhawk. He would be transported to the battle barge in orbit and then transported back to the Rock for Interrogation. On the surface, an entire battle force readied themselves for the Blood Angels had recently reinforced their position on the planet and an assault was imminent. Company Master Clarion looked out over the burned out buildings of the city and could just see the red glint of power armor in the distance. It pained him to persecute war against brothers such as these, but sometimes the needs of the Chapter demanded sacrifice. In this case, it demanded the blood of the Sons of Sanguinius. Will the Unforgiven be able to hold off the Blood Angels force, or will the rage of the Red Thirst prove too potent to quell? Watch and find out!

A Protoss colony world

That was a close match. It looked like you won on Maelstrom points at least. Too bad about the technical difficulties, although what you put together about that was absolutely priceless!

Another thing I liked was seeing a full Battle Company in action. I plan to run such a list in my next tournament, which will probably be my last chance before the new edition drops, so seeing how you played it was informative.

My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/7/24, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700
Check out my P&M Blogs: ZergSmasher's P&M Blog | Imperial Knights blog | Board Games blog | Total models painted in 2025: 48 | Total models painted in 2026: 12 | Current main painting project: Tomb Kings

The Grotsnik Corp Bump Feelerer 9,000. It only looks like several bricks crudely gaffer taped to a cricket bat.

SOOOOOO Close! It really could have gone either way at the end there! ... As for the full battle company, it is a LOT of models so be prepared for that! It can be very brutal, but you need to make sure you have your game together in order to make the most of your time since with that many models it can take come time to move and cycle through shooting!
