Hi,

I'm planning on building a multilevel ship for a DnD Con game a friend is running. I need to do this quick and cheap.

My plan is to use foam boards like kids use for science project boards or dioramas for the basic structure. I want to cover the foam board with clay or epoxy that will a) stick to the board and b) be easy to use with the Green Stuff World rolling pins I ordered.

What epoxy/clay do you recommend? Are there ways to prep the foam board surface to get the epoxy/clay to stick better?

Thanks,

Scott

Have you looked in your local toy and hobby shops for a suitable hull? Could save a lot of time?

That's a good suggestion. The challenge is that the ship map is almost two feet long. I will check my local hobby story just in case, but I don't think they would care a model ship that big. Their model selection is relatively limited.

I completely open to alternative construction suggestions if anyone has any other ideas.

Thanks
