Reading over some of the comments concerning the new assault rules for 8th edition, I encountered some comments on what players though a normal Move action represented in Warhammer 40K. These comments didn't match what I think of when I picture troops moving across a battlefield. So I wanted to start this poll to get an idea of what other forum members thought.

If I remember, the old 4th edition codex specifically stated that the 6" move was a cautious advancement. 5th Edition expanded on that by saying that Running is a short burst jog during the crossfire or something along those lines.
