I understand there is to be a loose and strict version etc... but for the sake of argument let's go with the 'strict' version whatever that will be called... so: Base sizes.

I think it's pretty safe to assume all Space Marines will be 32mm, but what about other Infantry like Guardsmen or Eldar? Has there been any actual clarification on this yet?

Frankly I don't care either way, I just want to know what to put my Death Korps of Krieg guys on to be ready.

GW has already said (I think in a response on Facebook) that no one will need to rebase their armies.
If you want to put Marines on 32mm bases, go ahead.
Want to keep them on 25mm? be our guest.

Even hard core Tourneys aren't so strict that they won't allow you to use a base size that was previously acceptable (even square bases)

It super doesn't matter with the removal of blast and templates.

It does with 1" CC range though. Plus concentration of models. Smaller=better.

Effect is so small though that not many tournaments will be forcing rebasing most likely though and GW is fine either way.

What prompted me asking is, I bought the newest decorative Base set "Sector Mechanicus" and the smallest size it came with was 32mm.
