Couldnt really get the answer from DIY videos. Do you have to thin paints when using wet pallet?

Yup, just slightly less so as there will be some residual water on the pallette itself.

Yeah, generally a bit less thinning is needed as the paint doesn't dry out so quick, but for altering flow / opacity you still need to thin or mix with a medium if you like.

I tend to flick a few drops from my brush water onto the pallette and use a bit from those when I put paint onto it. Due to the wet pallette's properties, the drops stay for ages.
