Should I use these jungle bases - do they look good - or should I use more generic kind of bases?

I really like them so, why not? I think they could fit your color scheme too

It's a matter of personal tastes, these bases look very good but I only like standard generic bases with just sand and a very small amount of grass, I hate scenic bases. These ones are something in between because they're still quite simple and may be ok even with my tastes The contrast with your colour scheme doesn't seem a problem, these bases should fit it very well.

So should I aim for contrast or getting mild bases colors? These ones look like something in between, don't know if it wouldn't be better to just use brown texture paint and dry grass tuft

I think the contraxt between the colours is appropriate, I would only consider painting the bases edges with a light brown colour instead of the current black/dark brown.

I really like the materials, that orange lichen stuff is a perfect contrast colour but I'd only warn to use it sparingly so as not to distract too much from your beautiful Eldar minis.

I don't much like the jungle bases posted, but I would go for some strong and contrasting with the bone colour armour. Either a rich muddy brown or a red/mars-esque style. Or a deep grey green.

I'm with Blackie though that I freakin' hate scenic bases (really detracts from the models in my opinion) so for my personal tastes, the simpler the better.

With the bone color being a neutral color, a bit of color on the base looks great. That splash of color keeps the model from being too monochromatic, and it livens it up quite a bit.

I personally love scenic bases. I tend to put a bit of time into my bases, so I may be a bit biased.

Firstly, nice paint job! Love the scheme a lot. Secondly, these bases seem to work really nicely with them. The contrast will really help make your models stand out

love the painting schemes, they give a cold vibe.
maybe the bases should give something warm so a dark tone like the fourth base from the left with the few grassy parts should do the trick, just my opinion you will figure it out .
Good luck
