I've been painting a lot of these 15mm tanks lately and after doing a bunch of Soviet tanks, I moved on to this Tiger I. This is my first attempt at a German tank in any scale and I'm sure my color choices were off because I used what I had on hand. The decals were also a giant pain in the ass to get to lay down over the zimmerit but I did the best I could. I went pretty light on the weathering; just a wash and a little bit of paint chipping. I'm thinking about adding some mud/dirt but this is supposed to be a gaming piece so I don't want to overdo it

Indeed, there's no better way to do German tri-color soft edge camo.
I also have a mid-war British force that I need to paint.
